❌ Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when an order placed on [yourdomain.com] may be canceled.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Right of Cancellation (Before Production)

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours after purchase, provided that:

  • Production has not started
  • The item is not already in fulfillment

If these conditions are met, the order may be canceled and refunded.


2. Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are produced only after an order is placed.

Once production has begun:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • Order cannot be modified
  • Order cannot be refunded

This applies especially to:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom designs
  • Size-specific items
  • Print-on-demand products

3. Personalized & Custom Items

Orders containing:

  • Names
  • Custom text
  • Uploaded images
  • Custom colors
  • Special sizing

Cannot be canceled once production begins, even within 24 hours.


4. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent to & considered valid once you receive an answer from us validating it :

Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email used for order

Requests sent through social media or comments are not valid.


5. Confirmation of Cancellation

Cancellation is not valid until you receive written confirmation from us.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.


6. Refund Method

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Processing time: 3–10 business days.


7. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • You must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy

8. Partial Cancellations

If an order contains multiple items:

  • Some items may be cancelable
  • Others may already be in production

We will inform you accordingly.


9. Order Modifications vs Cancellation

Requests to:

  • Change size
  • Change color
  • Change address
  • Change personalization

Are treated as modification requests, not cancellations.

Modifications are possible only before production begins.


10. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

  • Payment failure
  • Stock unavailability
  • Technical errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Violation of Terms

In such cases, full refund will be issued.


11. Abuse & Excessive Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit cancellations
  • Refuse future orders
  • Close accounts

If repeated abuse is detected.


This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for inability to cancel orders due to events beyond our control, including system outages, supplier disruptions, or natural disasters.
