This Cancellation Policy explains how and when an order placed on Compassionvibes.shop may be canceled.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Right of Cancellation (Before Production)
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours after purchase, provided that:

Production has not started

The item is not already in fulfillment
If these conditions are met, the order may be canceled and refunded.
2. Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are produced only after an order is placed.
Once production has begun:

Cancellation is no longer possible

The order cannot be modified

The order cannot be refunded
This applies especially to:

Personalized items

Custom designs
-
Size-specific items
-
Print-on-demand products
3. Personalized & Custom Items
Orders containing:

Names
-
Custom text
-
Uploaded images
-
Custom colors
-
Special sizing
Cannot be canceled once production begins, even if the request is made within the initial 24 hours.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent to us and are considered valid only once you receive confirmation from us.

Requests sent via social media messages or comments are not considered valid.
5. Confirmation of Cancellation
A cancellation request is not valid until you receive written confirmation from us.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
6. Refund Method
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing Time
3–10 business days
Banks or payment providers may require additional time to process refunds.
7. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:

8. Partial Cancellations
If an order contains multiple items:

Others may already be in production

9. Order Modifications vs Cancellation

are considered modification requests, not cancellations.
Modifications are possible only before production begins.
10. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

Payment failure

Stock unavailability

Technical errors

Suspected fraud

Violation of our Terms & Conditions
In these situations, a full refund will be issued.
11. Abuse & Excessive Cancellations
We reserve the right to:

Limit cancellation requests

Close customer accounts
if repeated abuse of the cancellation system is detected.
12. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
